Patrice Alethia Hall

Patrice Alethia Hall is Miss Ottawa 20092010 and topfor Miss Canada International 2010. Hall was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Her parents Bishop Trevor Hall and Joan GrantHall encouraged her journey to becoming Miss Ottawa. Patrice is the first minority member to win a noncategorized pageant. She is also one of the spokespersons for the organization Teddy Bears of Hope founded by Sylvia Stark.
